Stefan Brüning

I'm a Life Sciences professional with over 15 years of experience in healthcare, pharma, and business consulting. My career began as a paramedic, followed by achieving a Degree in Molecular Biology from RWTH Aachen University and an MBA from IU International University of Applied Sciences. After leaving academia, I was able to collect experience in the pharmaceutical industry in clinical trial management at a major CRO and later contributed to the expansion of a pharmacovigilance organization in a pharmaceutical company, focusing on outsourcing and project management.

Since 2018, I've been providing consulting services specialized in the pharmaceutical industry, aiding companies in organizational change, process improvement/automation, and preparation for inspections. My qualifications are further solidified by PMP®, Scrum and IMCM® certifications, underscoring my commitment to excellence in project and change management in the life sciences sector.
